Summer is (almost) here and it’s time to ditch those thick winter moisturisers, bring out the sunscreen and have a look at these summer beauty tips which will have you looking Beautiful for summer 2016.

Do use moisturiser

While everyone is telling you to use sun cream even on cloudy days, it is also important to keep your skin hydrated as well. Moisturiser will not only protect your skin from damage and sunburn but also other substances that may get on your skin like salt and chlorine.

Exfoliate in the evenings

Exfoliating helps you get rid of dead skin cells that can end up blocking your pores, however doing it in the morning before you go out in the sun can leave your skin vulnerable to sunburn. So make sure that it is done in the evening to give your skin time to recover.

Don’t shave your bikini line before venturing out into the sun

Shaving your bikini line, then going outdoors into the hot sun can have a similar effect to the above on your skin. It can also cause in-growing hairs and other unsightly bumps. If you want to avoid this, either go for a hot wax in the evening or if you prefer shaving make sure you also do it in the evening or several hours before you go outside.
