Returns, Exchanges and Refunds policy
Damaged and faulty items
All our parcels are carefully packed by hand. Should your order be damaged in transit, or it is faulty, please notify us by email at: email@example.com or by phone on 01829 771797 within 48 hours of receipt. We will be pleased to replace it and to refund the reasonable cost of the return postage. Please see How to return an item below.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 01829 771797 within 48 hours of receipt. Please specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the one you ordered, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible. Please return the incorrect item within 7 days of informing us that it was incorrect. We will refund the incorrect order in full as soon as possible after we receive the incorrect item back (and certainly within 14 days ). We will also refund the reasonable return postage cost. Cancelling an online contract
If you are not entirely delighted with the products you have odered we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund as governed by The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You are entitled to a 7-day ‘cooling-off period’ after you have received your order so if you wish to cancel your online order, or wish to exchange it for something else, please notify us by email email@example.com or call us on 01829 771797 within the 7-day ‘cooling-off period’.
You must then return the unwanted items within 7 days of the date that you told us you wanted to cancel or exchange your order. Once we receive your unwanted order back, we will refund the cost of the item returned and our standard delivery charge if this was levied on your order. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible after we receive the incorrect item back (and certainly within 14 days ). The cost and risk of returning the unwanted items will be your responsibility. Please see How to return an item below.
As permitted by law, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if the product has been opened or used, or the security seal/manufacturer’s seal has been broken or the item’s packaging has been damaged.
We will process your refund within 14 working days after we have received the returned items and notify you by email once your refund has been processed. We are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the items, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. For clarity, this means that the item must be in perfect resaleable condition. We will refund the cost of your item and any delivery costs you have paid to receive the goods (although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund for your delivery costs will be the the least expensive delivery method we offer).
Without exception, we will not refund if you do not adhere to our returns policy. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or ask for a certificate of posting to return items. Where goods are faulty, or sent in error, we will refund any reasonable postage costs you incur returning the items.
How to return an item
Please enclose the returns number we have given you, details of the purchase giving the reason for your return and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Do not forget to include your name and delivery address.
Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging before parceling the item securely so as to prevent damage in transit. You must also include any other items or vouchers you received that were dependent on you purchasing the returned item.
When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
