By using this website, our services or contacting us to request some information, we would like to keep your contact details so that we can update you with other relevant and useful information. This includes telling you about special events and offers by mail or email. All personal information that we obtain will be held, used and protected by us in accordance with the latest data protection law and this privacy policy. We will not pass your details to anyone else, unless required to do so by law. Occasionally, we may appoint another organisation to carry out an activity on our behalf, for example, a courier service or mailing house. In these circumstances, we will ensure your contact information is properly protected and used in accordance with this privacy policy.
This website may contain links to other websites for your interest. We are only responsible for our own privacy policy and suggest you check the policies on each website you visit. We do not use cookies on this website.
TREATMENT CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
As we reserve our therapist’s time especially for you, we require 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee. This also applies to gift voucher holders.
Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your appointment. This allows you to unwind and to fill out a consultation form if it is your first visit. Please understand that treatment times cannot always be extended.
If you are late your treatment may have to be shortened or cancelled with the full cost being charged. In the unlikely event we keep you waiting for more than 20 minutes after your appointment time, your treatment will be free.
SPA PACKAGE CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. This is only refundable if we receive notice of cancellation at least 10 days prior to your appointment. This also applies to gift voucher holders.

To secure your place at an event, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment for events cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date or the start and finishing times are changed.
If Leaf Lifestyle and Beauty cancels the event, only the amount charged by Leaf Lifestyle and Beauty for the place booked will be refunded.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform Leaf Lifestyle and Beauty of any change of contact details after the booking is made.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Prices and Payment
The prices shown on the Site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable)
at the current rate and are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices shown are in
£ pounds sterling. A charge of £2 will be added to the value of the goods to cover
postage and packing.
Online Orders
When you order online you will be helped through the process by instructions
on the Site. You may review your order and confirm or correct it prior to finally
placing your order. You place your order by clicking on the Submit button.
When you have placed your order we will send you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card. We must receive the total payment for the products that you order before we can accept your order.
Payment
You may pay using credit/debit card. If the issuer of your card refuses or
does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent
to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we reserve
the right to cancel the order. Your card will be debited immediately upon completion
of the transaction
Delivery
We dispatch most orders within 48 hours of payment being received except
weekends and Bank Holidays. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused
by any third party. Please notify us if you do not receive the goods within 10 days
of your order. Your goods will only be considered missing if they fail to arrive
15 working days after the estimated delivery date indicated on your dispatch notification
email
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible
and we will advise whether your order has been shipped. If it has been shipped, our
returns policy will then apply.
Returns policy
If you decide you do not wish to keep the goods you purchased from
us, you must inform us by e-mail at mail@leaf-lifestyleandbeauty.com by the end of
the 7th working day from the date you received your order. You must then return the
goods, and any vouchers you received from us that were dependent on you purchasing
the goods, in the same condition as you received them to: Leaf Lifestyle and Beauty,
Shire House, Chester Road, Gatesheath, Tattenhall, Chester CH3 9AH, at your own expense
and risk, within 14 working days from the date you received the order.
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We are unable to offer refunds, replacements or credit notes on any opened or used goods.
Refunds
We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or credit note has been processed, within 14 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return items.
Where goods are faulty, or sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items.
Personal information
When registering on the Site, you warrant that the personal information
you give about yourself is true and accurate. Please see our Privacy Policy regarding
the treatment of your personal information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
and for taking all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
or password. If you have reason to believe that your password has become known to
somebody else, or is likely to be used in any way that is unauthorised by you, you
should contact us immediately.

Governing Law
Your use of this Site and any purchase by you of any goods from it shall

supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. We
reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at
