Your day begins at Harthill cookery school in the

Peckforton hills. You will spend the morning with
Brian Mellor, Master Chef and former Head Chef at

the BBC, stirring, chopping, slicing and baking a delicious lunch of butter baked chicken with rosemary, tabouleh, freshly baked puffball bread followed by fruit

salad served with milk ice cream and almond float.

After lunch you’ll head down through the Cheshire countryside to leaf, change into a fluffy robe and slippers to enjoy 4 treatments:

an essential facial, a back neck and shoulders massage, a file and polish on either hands or feet and our wonderfully soothing sunlight therapy.

Suitably pampered and relaxed you can enjoy a Cheshire cream tea.
