How To Achieve A Healthy Balance

It’s a around about this time of year that early discipline in January begins to loosen and we start to return to our more normal habits.  

This can be frustrating when you may have achieved results from a new diet and exercise plan only to find that lack of motivation is starting to hamper your progress.  

Busy schedules and day-to-day life often get in the way and if you have children or grandchildren to take care of, it often feels like there is little time to go running.  

At this time of year the weather also tends to be dull murky and cold, so comfort food becomes an attraction that is hard to resist when you’re feeling hungry and or tired.  

So how can you maintain a healthy balance that is better suited to your lifestyle. This is a challenge for everyone and the answer lies in consistency.
